Architected the move of a US medical-education platform off legacy Django: data model, MemberPress and Stripe multi-currency billing, launch and post-live plan.
Multilingual on WPML
Architected the same platform’s multilingual conversion: content pipeline, automated translation workflows and a custom block parser.
rtCamp’s starter stack
Designed rtCamp’s reusable front-end architecture, then co-built its open-source successor: theme-elementary, plugin-elementary and wp-primitives.

Research organisation rebuild
Tech lead on the rebuild of an intergovernmental research organisation’s site, the first build on the new stack, alongside an external design agency.

Owned the go-live of an international news and media academy’s LMS: completion and reminder emails, plus tooling to recover lost course progress.
